One of the four Richmond cottages transformed on the first season of The Block set in Melbourne has hit the market for September 24 auction.

The Victorian workers' cottage at 41 Cameron Street was renovated by Amie Godde and Katrina Chambers in 2011.

RT Edgar Hawthorn has the three-bedroom house with a price guide of $1 million to $1.1 million through Glen Coutinho.

It’s been rented for the past few years with the option to buy with or without the furniture.

Sleek black cabinetry is a distinctive feature in the kitchen and living area.

An outdoor entertaining area with a sunken lounge and fire pit and exposed brick in the front bedroom are design features.

The home was one of three passed in during that season’s dud final episode.

Glen Iris investors bought the house for $860,000 shortly after the televised auction.
