Gladstone Harbour island for sale through RE/Max Gold

RE/MAX Gold’s Anthony Williams has a 34 acres of unnamed property in Graham Creek on the market.
The private undeveloped island has been attracting buyers keen to develop fishing lodges or similar ventures.
It has been listed by US-based company, which purchased the island in the 90s for the purpose of building a company getaway.
Mr Williams said the 30 to 40 minute boat trip from the Gladstone Yacht Club is inside the harbour.
Formal offers close on October 14.
