Showbiz Cinemas top open at Delacombe Town Centre

Showbiz Cinemas will open a six-screen cinema complex at the new Delacombe Town Centre shopping precinct in Ballarat.

Showbiz Cinemas has secured in excess of 1,100sqm of retail space at Delacombe Town Centre to open its latest complex in September 2017 through Colliers International’s Mike Crittenden and Bernard Canning.

Chris Jones, Showbiz group director said it was a logical progression for the company, which currently operates other regional cinemas and also special large scale special event screenings throughout Victoria and interstate.

“We are on a committed and sustainable regional growth strategy and our new Ballarat complex will service existing residents and also cater for the booming growth corridor to the west and south-west of the city,” he said.

Mr Crittenden and Mr Canning, of Colliers International’s Victorian Retail Project Leasing team, are appointed to lease campaign the 20,000sqm (approx.) Delacombe Town Centre on behalf of H Troon Pty Ltd.

Delacombe Town Centre is currently under construction and will feature K-Mart, Woolworths and y more than 37 speciality retailers, kiosks and various pad sites with over 850 free and convenient car parks.
