Robin Boyd, South Yarra apartment passed in after just one bid

The weekend auction of apartment 3.4 at the Robin Boyd-designed, 193 Domain Road, South Yarra opened with a vendor bid of $1.35 million.
There was just the one bidder at $1.36 million for the two bedroom apartment.
Marshall White agent Anthony Reis had a $1,485,000 reserve, with negotiations continuing for the third floor apartment.
