Former fashion identity Danny Avidan has emerged as the buyer of the Bronte RSL site.
Located at 109-113 Macpherson Street, the 21 unit project will be undertaken by the prestige residential developer, RDA Property Group.
It will have two one-bedroom with study units, two three-bedders and 17 two-bedroom units.
RDA's completed projects include the 12-unit Wave Tamarama and Belmont Wollstonecraft.
The Bronte RSL site was offloaded by the Sydney developer Winston Langley.
