Annual rate of capital gains slowing from market peak: CoreLogic

The annual rate of capital gain has slowed from its peak but remains quite strong according to CoreLogic with the average national combined capital gain from houses over the last 12 months at 7.2 percent.
Capital gains for apartments stand at 5.5 percent, according to CoreLogic.
