Villa Riverbend in the Gold Coast has been listed for sale, and listing agent Vicki Pfeiffer has gone off book in its advertising campaign.

The first image you come across on its realestate.com.au listing is a picture of Elvis (below), with a $15 million price tag which draws you on to the next page.

The marketing proceeds to suggest the property would have been Elvis' Gold Coast vacation residence, had he have known about 'the magic of the Gold Coast'.
