Perth's 10 most searched suburbs for sale

The REIWA has released the top 10 most searched suburbs for sale on reiwa.com in 2016 with Canning Vale, Baldivis and Scarborough rounding out the top three.

Of those 10 suburbs, seven were ranked in the top 10 suburbs for sales activity in the three months to June 2016. Nine featured in the top 20. 

All 10 suburbs are ranked in Perth’s top 25 suburbs for sales activity in the June quarter.
