A three level five-bedroom mansion in Point Piper has been confirmed as sold at $6.45 million.

The sale at 2 Wunulla Road had been previously reported by Fairfax Media as "sold for about $8 million."

The main shareholder in the company is Michael Hogg, a director in Cobra's subsidiary, the marketing company Appco based in Surry Hills.

The property last sold in 2006 for $5.1 million.
