After CoreLogic RP Data recently reported a median house price of $499,000 in Brisbane, Property Observer went searching for what that got. 

That price tag will purchase a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 22 Radcliffee Street in Sinnamon Park (above) on a 725 square metre block of land or a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 12 Meelagh Street in Bracken Ridge on a 618 square metre block (below). 

Just below the median price house-buyers can purchase the four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 8 Innes Close, Parkinson (below). The low maintenance home was built in 2005 and sits on a 450 square metre block. 

From $480,000 purchases can snag the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 167 Ridgewood Road, Algester (below). The home feature an in-ground swimming pool and sits on a 686 square metre block.
