 After CoreLogic RP Data recently reported a median house price of $590,750 in Melbourne, Property Observer went searching for what that got.

The median price will cover a brand new five-bedroom, three-bathroom, double-storey home in the new Haven Wollert complex at 60 Harvest Home Road, Wollert (above). Construction is currently underway.  

In Werribee the median price will purchase a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 3 San Remo Drive (below). The land measures 898 square metres. 

 

In Bundoora, the median price will secure a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, single-storey home at 131 Greenwood Drive (below). The family home is set on a 545 square metre block. 

 

Newly built houses are also available within the median price range at Stockland Highlands, located at 1 North Shore Drive, Craigieburn (below).There, $580,00 will purchase a four-bedroom, two-bathroom, 34 square metre house. 

 

At 1/62 Dundee Street (below) in Reservoir the median price will secure a three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex house.
