What the $670,000 median apartment price gets in Sydney

After CoreLogic RP Data recently reported a median apartment price of $670,000 in Sydney, Property Observer went searching for what that got.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 102/425 Burke Street, Surry Hills (above) has been listed for $675,000. The 62 square metre apartment is located inside the Jasper building. 

The median price will also purchase a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at the new Meriton Altitude complex located at 330 Church Street, Parramatta (below). The development is set to be completed by November this year. 

Darling Mills at 27 North Rocks Road in North Rocks is now selling two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments within the median price range. 

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 82/1 Clarence Street, Strathfield (below)  has been listed for $660,000. The 112 square metre apartment was built in 2003.
