There are $3.5 million hopes for the Noosa Springs, Queensland home of Budget Direct Insurance founder Mike Weston and his wife, Annette.

They have listed their house that is set on a lakefront lot with views over Noosa Springs Golf Course.

The property, completed in 2012, was designed by Sunshine Coast architect Paul Clout.

It won four industry awards.

The living areas have banks of bifold doors that open to the surrounds.

All of its four bedrooms have suite-like proportions and come with their own bathrooms.

Craig Bundy of One Noosa holds the listing.
