A 22,496sqm development site in Perth's suburb of Greenfields is on the market through an offers to purchase campaign closing August 11 run by CBRE. 

The landholding, Lot 503 Lakes Road in Greenfields could accommodate residential, medical, office and large format retail.

CBRE’s Richard Cash said the property is situated adjacent Mandurah Home City – an existing large format retail centre with national brands including JB HiFi, the Good Guys and Rays Outdoor.
