New Sydney listings down 24.9 percent year on year

The number of new listings in Sydney are down 24.9 percent year on year, with new listings in Melbourne down 15.7 percent for the same period, according to CoreLogic's latest Property Market Indicator Summary.
The number of total listings in Sydney is up 3.7 percent year on year and Melbourne down 3.8 percent.
