Cameron O'Reilly lists Top of the Town, Darlinghurst penthouse

The former media executive Cameron O'Reilly has listed his Top of the Town, Darlinghurst penthouse through estate agent Alison Coopes.

Overlooking the Sydney CBD, it was 2007 when bought from the Sutton car dealership family.

The dual-level apartment has been rebuilt with swathes of glass and marble.

The three bedroom, three bathroom home has 700 sqm of space including its impressive rooftop lawn.

O'Reilly, the son of media magnate Tony O'Reilly, faces likely competition from MONA founder, David Walsh's Horizon penthouse offering.

Last year $11 million was paid for the penthouse in Omnia, now being built on the site of the Crest Hotel.
