South Perth entry on top ten discount list from SQM Research
One new property is featured on the top ten discount list from SQM Research in number nine.
The property, 6 York Street South Perth, first came on the market in august 2015 with an initial price of $2.8 million according to SQM Research managing director Louis Christopher.
He said the vendor slashed the price down to $2.5 million in February 2016, then again this month to just $2 million making for a total reduction of $800,000.
