The REIV have released data which shows that Melton West is the most affordable suburb in Melbourne.
You can pick up a property in the suburb for $331,000.
A brand new three bedroom home at 10 Karinya Way is on the market with a price guide of $299,000 to $339,000.
Another three bedder at 4 Sunderland Way has been listed for $319,000.
