Melbourne had 90 million dollar suburbs in the three months to June 30, 2016.

It was up from 77 in March. 

There were just the three suburbs which entered the list for the first time in the June quarter with a median house price of $1 million or more.

Property Observer found two recent Toorak sales around its $4.5 million median price.

There was a $4.2 million sale on Leighton Court (above).
