Paul and Tami Roos upgrade to Brighton
Departing Melbourne Demons coach Paul Roos and wife, Tami have upsized to Brighton from Elwood.
They have spent $3.85 million on an ultra-contemporary four bedroom home bought from Allan Sinclair, the former Fitzroy player whose son, Callum plays for Sydney Swans.
They are Roos family are long-time Sydneysiders who quietly bought back last year, securing a $2.165 million Coogee apartment crafted by architects, Allen Jack+Cottier.
They had bought their $2.525 million contemporary Elwood property in 2014 after signing with the AFL club.
The property sold recently through Chisholm & Gamon who secured $3.27 million from buyers agents, David and Kim Easterbrook.
