Liberal MP Craig Laundy lists Abbotsford Bay waterfront

Liberal MP Craig Laundy and his wife Suzanne have listed an Abbotsford Bay waterfront apartment for August 20 auction.
Described as a house-sized haven by Patterson Rizzo Biviano Real Estate agent Joe Rizzo, the three bedroom, with interiors by Coco Republic, overlooks its 10 metre private marina berth.
It was bought for $3.117 million in 2014.
Laundy is the assistant minister for innovation, industry and science in the new ministry.
The Laundy's owned at Strathfield for nine years, selling for $5.7 million in 2014 after paying $4.05 million.
Abbotsford is within the inner west electorate of Reid, which Laundy won earlier this month securing 49 percent in the first preference votes.
