Victoria had a clearance rate of 72 percent from 268 total scheduled auctions for the week ending July 3, according to realestate.com.au
Realestate.com.au reported 28 properties sold prior to auction, 55 were passed in, 120 sold at auction, 4 were withdrawn and one sold after auction.
