Andrew Eagleston, the Parramatta memorabilia businessman who heads one of the membership groups keen to oust the Parramatta Eels board, has relisted his luxury Bella Vista property.

It comes with $2.5 million to $2.7 million hopes having been completed in 2014 with a Balinese influence.

It is on a 700 sqm block located in the tightly held Bella Vista Waters precinct that cost $235,000 in 2003.

Jonathon Lee of Louis Carr Castle Hill has the listing of the five bedroom, five bathroom home. It comes with home theatre and full length bar. The swimming pool comes with outdoor terrace with a custom built BeefEater Barbecue and bar fridge.

The home failed to sell at October auction last year.

Eagleston's passion for the NRL club is apparent on its walls with two Parramatta jerseys hanging proudly in the home office and the theatre room.

There's also a bat used by former Aussie cricket captain Michael Clarke.

Eagleston is the director of Pro Sports Memorabilia, one of Australia's leading sporting memorabilia and sports merchandising companies.

With the Parramatta Eels board in disarray following the salary cap controversy, Eagleston emerged in May to take down the so-called 'gang of five'. He has the backing of former Macquarie Bank boss Bill Moss.
