Brunswick former diary cottage sells at $1.79 million

Ray White Brunswick auctioneer Jamil Allouche noted the former Brunswick dairy price “blew everyone away.”
It sold recently for $440,000 over its reserve as nine buyers fought for the charming four-bedroom family home.
The bidding started at $1.2 million and flying past its $1.35 million reserve, the sale price of 4 Bell St, Brunswick fetched $1.79 million.
CoreLogic put the median house price at $856,000.
It last sold for $1.175 million in 2011.
