Ryde rides high at 88% while Baulkham Hills stumbles in weekend auctions

According to CoreLogic, Ryde secured an 88 percent clearance rate at the weekend auctions.
Baulkham Hills and the Hawkesbury region only secured 50 percent of their 17 auctions.
North Sydney secured a strong 85.5 percent from their busy 113 auctions.
