The property at 84 Bateman Road, Mount Pleasant has been sold for $5.5 million by Mont Property agents Matthew Podesta and Peter Zambotti. 

The house on the 1,040 square metre block received a multimillion dollar renovation before being sold.

The median house price in Mount Pleasant is $1.12 million according to CoreLogic.
