It seems several of the Swisse Wellness sale recipients have taken to property after securing a massive windfall from the $1.67 billion sale of the company late last year.

The vitamin company's chief executive Radek Sali has emerged as the $12.5 million for a mansion in South Yarra bought from the Van Haandel restauratuer family.

The chief operating officer Adem Karafili and wife Nichola recently snapped up a $8.03 million luxury Toorak home designed by architect Christopher Doyle.

Castran Gilbert secured the sale after just 11 days on market.

Earlier this year former Swisse Vitamins owner Stephen Ring spent $7.58 million on Iluka, a beachfront cottage in Sorrento.

The former managing director Michael Saba and wife Jasmine have spent $3.55 million on a 5.8 hectare parcel of land in Sunbury.
