Dual international Craig Wing has quickly sold his former Centennial Park home.

Just back from playing rugby union for five years in Japan, along with the recent World Cup, Wing figured the 1900 terrace was too big for him.

Spread over two levels on a 210 sqm parcel, the home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Adam Regan and Dean Emerson of Our Estates had an asking price of $2.85 million for the terrace that cost $1.3 million in 2003 when he was playing in the NRL for the Sydney Rooster.

Wing, who has done some media work since being back in Sydney, retains his Bondi apartment which cost $666,000 in 2004.
