Melbourne houses now at market peak: HTW June property clock

Melbourne houses are now at market peak, according to the HTW June 2016 property clock.
Melbourne joins NSW's Central Coast, Dubbo and Newcastle also deemed at their peak.
Melbourne was approaching the peak last month, according to the valuation firm, Herron Todd White.
Bundaberg and Townsville in Queensland are placed at the bottom of the property cycle.
