Built in 1890, the property has undergone a contemporary revival with regard to its heritage.

The lower level is devoted to recreation, complete with a home cinema, gym and temperature-controlled wine cellar.

Pillinger Double Bay sold the home which comes with Carrara marble bathrooms and kitchen.

The median house price in Woollahra is $2.4 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
