Title TattleDecember 7, 2020

The Wombarra home central to an ongoing saga concerning disgraced trade unionist leader Kathy Jackson and her partner Michael Lawler, the former Fair Work vice-president, has been sold.

The house at 30 Dam Road was owned by the Sydney barrister suffering from dementia, David Rofe. It fetched $1.2 million pre-auction. The cul-de-sac home was bought in 2014 for $1.35 million by Rofe.

The somewhat neglacted house sits adjacent to the home of Jackson. Its price fell short of its price guide of between $1.4 million and $1.5 million through Ray White’s Mattias Samuelsson.
