Macquarie Group's leaked high risk, high density, high deposit postcode list

Macquarie Bank's list of risky postcodes for apartment buyers has been leaked after Macquarie advised mortgage brokers of new requirements, with buyers having to provide at least 30 per cent of the purchase price upfront.
Nearly 120 postcodes across Australia will be subjected to special lending conditions by Macquarie Bank.
In Sydney, the bank has listed 20 postcodes which will be subjected to special lending conditions, 15 in Victoria and more than 40 in Queensland, the Australian Financial Review reported.
