A $25 million offer for Jenner House, the home of luxury car dealer and race horse owner Terry Mullens and his wife Wendy has been rejected.

The Australian Financial Review said the offer for 2 Macleay Street was rejected given higher-priced recent sales of homes in the area including 29 Challis Avenue and 24 Rockwall Crescent.

There had been a $25 million asking price previously for the historic Jenner home.

But the paper noted both these nearby sales had sold for more than $40,000 a square metre, and the $25 million would equate home at only $12,000 a square metre.

Black Diamondz's Robert Page is handling the listing, the paper noted, though no new indication of its new pricing was given.
