Melbourne's west the standout auction region: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne auctions fell to 859 for the week ending 15 May with a clearance rate of 70.6 percent.

Melbourne's inner regions held 160 auctions with a preliminary clearance rate of 76.3 percent. The west had a clearance rate of 80.3 percent.
