The penthouse at Darnley Hall, Elizabeth Bay has been listed by Paul Longmuir and his wife Elain Wei Ah Kwan with $10 million hopes.

The international style penthouse last sold six years ago for $8.1 million. It was one of the homes where the former Treasurer Joe Hockey signalled forced divestment, after the owners came forward in the recent amnesty on supposed purchases that breached our FIRB laws.

The Longmuirs have spent $16 million buying in Bellevue Hill, fully complying with foreign investment rules, and it seems their initial purchase has now been signed off as ridgy didge too.

The penthouse renovation was overseen by the interior designer Tonka Andjelkovic.
