A TOORAK trophy home has sold for an undisclosed price having been listed by Kay & Burton South Yarra selling agents Grant Samuel and Michael Gibson with a $11 million price guide.

Last traded for $8.625 million in 2011, 8 Ottawa Road has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a home office.

It has been bought by landscaper Jack Merlo from the Joel family.
