The property is at 3894 Castlereagh Hwy in Dunedoo.
The 1907 sandstone Birriwa Homestead has been listed by Mary and Keith Salvat who have meticulously restored the property.
It is for sale through Nicolette van Wijngaarden of Unique Estates with the owners now moving overseas.
Birriwa Homestead is 361km northwest of Sydney and about an hour from Dubbo.
