A three bedroom home on sizeable land in South Australia's Barossa Valley suburb of Lyndoch has taken out top spot on the latest Top Ten Discounted Properties Nationwide list from SQM Research.

The price of the three bedroom home at 173 Jollytown Road, Lyndoch, SA, has been discounted to under $1 million and has been reduced some 51 percentage points according to SQM Research managing director Louis Christopher.

He said the three bedroom home also includes a substantial amount of land, 20.8 hectares of cleared land, 3.24 hectares of which are well maintained vineyards (both Shiraz and Grenache).

"The house appears to be in an excellent condition with stunning timber floors, neutral carpets and modern stainless steel appliances and fittings throughout.

"There are two bathroom's located in the house, one of which features a cleverly elevated spa with a convenient double shower. The combined living and kitchen area is particularly stylish with granite benchtops, a built in Miele cofee machine, five burner gas cook-top, stainless steel dishwasher, with an additional fully insulated, temperature controlled cellar room.

"The outdoor living and eating space provides plenty of space for entertainging guests and or relaxing with an impressive 'Nectre' stainless steel wood-fired pizza oven.

"With the vendor slashing the price under the $1 million dollar mark earlier this month, the property is likely to receive a lot more interest and will likely be snatched up sooner rather than later."
