Three-storey Alexandra Headland home new yourtown prize

yourtown are offering their first prize home since changing their name from BoysTown, a $2.18 million Sunshine Coast home.

Architecturally designed, the three-storey Alexandra Headland home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The property has a sound proof media room, swimming pool, four car garage and a lift.

Winning the prize home also includes $155,285 of furniture and electrical and $1,500 travel voucher from Flight Centre.

yourtown CEO Tracy Adams says money raised from prize homes goes towards tackling the issues young people face, including unemployment, family and domestic violence and mental health.

Tickets for the prize homes cost $15 and are available until April 13 with the winner drawn April 15.

The first prize is the luxury home, second prize receives a $10,000 Flight Centre voucher, David Jones Gift Card or Harvey Norman gift card, and third receives $5,000 vouchers.
