The investment banker Nick Garling and his wife, Sam have relisted their renovated 1940s-era dairy cottage estate near Gerringong.

The 21 hectare Willow Vale grounds come with Tony Lameri-designed gardens as well as a tennis court, swimming pool, a separate contemporary cottage and guest quarters in the converted cedar-clad shed.

Garling bought Jerrymara Farm for $1.37 million with Shari-Lea Hitchcock as the underbidder at its 2001 auction.

Jerrymara Farm is listed for $4.4 million through Conlon & Co’s Julia Conlon, having been initially listed in late 2014.

Heavily utilised as a weekender resort, it is located just off the Princes Highway on Willow Vale Road.

The property currently generates annual income of circa $150,000 from holiday lettings with potential to make further improvements such as luxury cabins which may be permissible under the new Kiama Council LEP.
