The Dirty Deeds film producer Deborah Balderstone and her investment manager husband John have bought in Darling Point for $5.46 million.

The power couple secured the 474 sqm corner holding which was on the market for the first time in 37 years.

Selling agent Georgia Cleary of BradfieldCleary Double Bay described the property as huge potential to update and restore.

The family home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wraparound courtyard garden.

The couple previously owned the 1890's Elizabeth Bay trophy home, Purfleet (above) which they sold in August last year for $12.75 million to car dealer Tony Azzi.
