Offers close March 8 on the warehouse offering that remains listed from last year in Balaclava.

It came then with a $2,750,000 asking price.

The 31 Woodstock Street offering, on the verge of St Kilda East, come with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and parking for four.

Its a triple brick warehouse from the 1930s, formerly a hat factory, a photographer's studio and residence.

It was a location in the ABC hit drama, The Time of Our Lives. 

At one point it was returning $130,000 in annual income.
