McGrath expands in Sydney’s South West with new Liverpool office

McGrath Estate Agents has opened a new office in Liverpool, in Sydney's South West, bringing the total office count to 81.

Chief executive John McGrath said  Liverpool will no doubt be a beneficiary in terms of the demand for housing with significant investment in the region for infrastructure and services.

“Its affordability, close proximity to both Sydney and to the proposed new airport at Badgerys Creek will be a very positive economic driver for the area," he said.

McGrath Liverpool will service the local area from Fairfield in the north, to Catherine Field in the south, to Cecil Hills in the east, and Glenfield in the west. 

Principals Luke Mannion and Anna Younan will lead four sales agents. The office is the third in the McGrath franchise under Mr Mannion’s leadership. 

McGrath Limited reached agreement to acquire the largest franchise group within its network in October 2015, with 10 McGrath franchise offices across Sydney’s mid to upper North Shore, North-West and Northern Beaches region, becoming McGrath company owned offices.

The 10 McGrath offices, under the leadership of Shane Smollen, was one of the largest real estate agency groups in Australia.
