Downsizing art dealer Marlene Antico has listed her fourth floor Double Bay apartment.
It is in the Princeton art deco block on New South Head Road.
Around $1.2 million is tipped for the three-bedroom apartment at its February 24 auction through James Dunn at Richardson & Wrench Double Bay.
Antico bought the apartment in 2012 for $840,000, having sold her Bellevue Hill apartment.
