5 QLD residential developments completing construction in 2021
With many projects expected to reach completion over the coming year, Urban has decided to take a look at five soon-to-be-completed developments offered in Queensland.
1. Cello, Greenslopes
Address: 5-9 Flora Street, Greenslopes QLD 4120
One-bedroom apartments from $349,000
Set for completion in May, Cello Apartments is the latest addition to Brisbane’s Greenslopes. Delivered by CS Development Group, the project offers one, two and three-bedroom residences just four kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
Resort-style facilities, such as a swimming pool, sauna and spa, and fully equipped gym will be on offer to residents, alongside an on-site library, rooftop observation deck and boardroom.

Morris Property Group’s Opus Broadbeach project is slated for completion in mid-2021, allowing potential buyers the time to discover all this development has to offer before moving in. 5. Plaza Central, Maroochydore

Currently under construction, Plaza Central’s first building is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2021, offering affordable and spacious apartments from $435,000. Developed by Pindan, the project is located within walking distance to the new Maroochydore CBD and the major retail precinct.
