Urban takes a look at five new developments in New South Wales that are expected to reach completion in the coming year.

With many projects expected to reach completion over the coming year, Urban has decided to take a look at five soon-to-be-completed developments offered in New South Wales.  

1. Georgette at Kew Schofields
Address: 23-27 Schofields Road, Schofields NSW 2762

Georgette, stage two of Positive Investment Enterprise’s Kew Schofields, has been slated for completion later this year. Located in Sydney’s north-west, Georgette offers relaxed, community living with 2700sqm of retail space, parklands and recreation space within walking distance of each property.

Designed by PBD Architects, the light-filled apartments feature ample storage, extended gardens and state-of-the-art energy and storage innovations thanks to a partnership with Tesla.  

2. Central at The Langston, Epping

Delivered by Cbus Property, The Langston is a collection of three towers which comprises 463 apartments and other mixed-use offerings. Its second stage, Central, is expected to reach completion this year, with 180 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments on offer across its 24-storeys.

Designed by Architectus, the residences include floor-to-ceiling windows, views of the Sydney CBD or the Blue Mountains and exceptional amenities, such as a pool deck, wellness hub, sky lounge and podium-level gardens.  

3. Kira, Lane Cove

Among the apartments expected to reach completion this year is Hyecorp Property Group’s Lane Cove project, Kira. The development offers contemporary architectural design, with its amenities including a panoramic rooftop garden, lush landscaping and outdoor cinema.

Designed by Hyecorp’s in-house team, Kira offers light-filled one, two and three-bedroom apartments with leafy district views. Its features include state-of-the-art smart home technology, oak flooring and generous storage.

4. Ohana, Batemans Bay

Construction on Aoyuan International’s Adela project expected to reach completion in the next six months, offering 115 residences in one, two and three-bedroom configurations.
