Hong Kong-based expats Karma Wilson, investment director, equities at HSBC Global Asset Management, and Nigel Tupper, Bank of America Merrill Lynch strategist, are seeking between $15 million and $16 million for their Federation Cremorne trophy home through McGrath agents Michael Coombs and Piers van Hamburg.

It was sold to the Wilson-Tuppers in 2006 for $4,355,000.

The three-storey Bertha Road residence comes with billiard room, cellar, study, formal and informal living areas. There is a pool and separate guest house on the double-block 1670 square metre holding.

It was previously home to the late monarchist Lloyd Waddy, a World War II ace fighter pilot and state Liberal member for Kirribilli.

Waddy had bought the property in 1955 for 9250 pounds.
