Rendell Dairies listed at Timmering in Goulburn Valley

The 1,250 hectare Rendell Dairies farm in Victoria's Goulburn Valley has been listed for sale through CBRE.

The large scale dairy enterprise milks 1,200 cows close to processing facilities Fonterra in Stanhope and Murray Goulburn in Rochester.

The property includes 300 hectares of centre pivot irrigation and 450 hectares of flood irrigation.

It has been listed by Geoff and Spencer Rendell, the father and son team who have offered it with offered with vacant possession.

With the capacity to milk up to 1800 cows, the market expectations are around $10 million.
