Clontarf tops weeks sales with Minyana in second place
CoreLogic RP Data's weekly update shows that the biggest sale this week came from Clontarf where a five bedroom, four bathroom sold for $5.2 million.
Previously traded at $1.925 million, 5 Peronne Avenue (above) sold through James Haywood of Cunninghams Property after just 10 days on the market.
The ultra-modern home has four bedrooms in the main residence and a self-contained studio.
