Racing couple Gai and Rob Waterhouse are selling their former family home in the Mosman enclave Clifton Gardens.
With a price guide of $6 million, the couple have the property scheduled for February 27 auction after 32 years ownership.
They now prefer Balmoral and their Southern Highlands retreat.
The Burrawong Avenue home has four bedrooms with Harbour views over Shark Island to Watsons Bay and beyond. There's also what appears to be a hat display cabinet!
The Waterhouse family has owned the property since 1983, but rented out in the past four years.
Selling agent Sally-Anne Lawlor of 2088 Realty has the listing.
